Job Title: Outside Sales Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our team in the Southeast territory. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for expanding our presence in the region by contacting existing and prospective clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Call and visit current and potential customers to build sales relationships and identify new opportunities.
  • Utilize CRM software to manage leads and track sales activity.
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve company revenue targets.
  • Provide technical assistance and training to customers' sales and door installation staff.
  • Attend industry trade shows to accumulate new leads and expand company's presence in the Southeast territory.
  • Analyze sales and generate weekly reports for management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years sales experience, preferably as manufacturing representative.
  • Knowledge of products in the building industry.
  • Proven customer service and strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to travel throughout the Southeast territory, with overnight stays required.

What We Offer:

  • Base pay $55,000 to $60,000 plus commission.
  • Bi-weekly pay.
