Role Summary

This position is for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about advancing in the service sector and dedicated to delivering high-quality service in a lively and casual bar setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests and seat them in a timely manner
  • Manage incoming phone inquiries and reservation requests
  • Organize menus and coordinate reservations
  • Communicate effectively with patrons
  • Collaborate with our front-of-house management team

Required Qualifications

  • At least one year of experience in the hospitality field
  • Familiarity with Opentable Reservation software
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong judgment skills and a flexible attitude
