Production Packer

Solventum is seeking a skilled Production Packer to join our team in Brookings, SD. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for maintaining productivity targets, performing quality control checks, and supporting the team in packing out finished or semi-finished products.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain an appropriate productivity target as determined through machine rates
- Perform tests at a high quality of standards set by quality specifications
- Support the team when packing out finished or semi-finished products
- Ensure personal safety by following all related policies
- Possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed prior to start)
- Ability to work 8, 10, or 12 hour shifts (depending on shift availability)
- Ability to work overtime, weekends, or holidays as needed
Solventum offers a competitive starting rate of $20.92/hour, with the potential for future pay increases.
