Here, you will make an impact by:Maintaining an appropriate productivity target as determined through machine ratesPerforming tests at a high quality of standards set by quality specificationsSupporting the team when packing out finished or semi-finished productsEnsuring you own safety by following all related policiesAbility to clearly speak, understand, and write in English to communicate effectively in both verbal and written contextsYour Skills and Expertise  To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed prior to start)Ability to work 8, 10, or 12 hour shift (depending on shift availability)Ability to work overtime, weekends or holidays as neededWork location: Onsite - 601 22nd Ave S, Brookings, SD 57006-2821Travel: No TravelRelocation Assistance: Not AuthorizedMust be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).Supporting Your Well-being Solventum offers many programs to help you live your best life – both physically and financially. To ensure competitive pay and benefits, Solventum regularly benchmarks with other companies that are comparable in size and scope. The starting rate of pay for this position is $20.92/hour, with the potential for future pay increases. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
