At Solventum, we're seeking a skilled Production Packer to join our team in Brookings, SD. As a Production Packer, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining productivity targets, performing quality tests, and supporting the team in packing finished or semi-finished products. If you're detail-oriented, able to work independently, and possess excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
- Starting Pay: $20.92/hour + Shift Differentials
- Shift: 8, 10, or 12 hour shift (depending on shift availability)
Solventum is committed to providing a safe and healthy work environment for all employees. As a Production Packer, you'll be responsible for ensuring your own safety and the safety of others by following all related policies and procedures.
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher, be able to work 8, 10, or 12 hour shifts, and be able to work overtime, weekends, or holidays as needed. If you're a motivated and team-oriented individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality results, we encourage you to apply for this Production Packer role.
Solventum offers a competitive compensation package, including a starting rate of $20.92/hour, with the potential for future pay increases.
