Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain productivity targets and perform quality control checks on packed products
- Support the production team in packing out finished or semi-finished products
- Ensure a safe working environment by following all related policies and procedures
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and management in English
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work 8, 10, or 12 hour shifts, including overtime, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
