Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Community Manager to join our team at WSH Management, Inc. in Long Beach, CA.

About the Role

This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week, requiring excellent communication and leadership skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, ensuring property rental capacity, and implementing efficient workflow procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate financial records and submit them on a timely basis.
  • Ensure property is rented to fullest capacity and lost rent is minimized.
  • Implement procedures to ensure orderly and efficient workflow.
  • Screen, hire, orient, and train new personnel.
  • Provide ongoing training, instruction, counseling, and leadership to staff.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years on-site experience as a Resident Manager or 3 years supervisory experience in customer service.
  • Affordable Housing and lease-up experience.
  • Property Management software experience.
  • Supervisory experience.
  • High School Diploma Required. College degree preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and sales ability.
  • Competence in personal computer skills, keyboard, internet search, math, Microsoft Office Suite/Office 365 including Word, Excel, Outlook as well as property management software applications.
Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $52,000 - $54,240 per year, based on a 40-hour workweek and hourly wage of $25-$26. We also offer competitive benefits, including paid time off, 15 paid company holidays, matching 401k, and health benefits.
