Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Program Management Coordinator to join our team at Tarzana Treatment Centers, Inc. This is a full-time position responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, management, and coordination of referrals and linkage for a co-located Probation System Navigation Grant.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have experience in re-entry populations, chronic homelessness, outreach and engagement strategies, mental health, and substance use disorder services. They should also be familiar with crisis intervention, affordable housing, public benefits applications, housing navigation, and legal aid resources.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of supervisory experience preferably in a healthcare setting. A bachelor's degree may be required depending on contractual obligations. Counselor registration or certification is required if providing SUD services.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $27.50 - $43.50 per hour (DOE) and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical insurance, dental insurance, vision care plan, life insurance, paid holidays, paid vacation time, sick time, and a 401(k) retirement plan.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Supervise staff as assigned by the Director, including counselors, case managers, health educators/outreach workers, intake specialists, technicians, dietary, maintenance, housekeeping, or front office staff
  2. Ensure staff and patient safety through oversight of physical plant maintenance functions
  3. Perform and/or oversee regular chart audits, record keeping, and other reporting and documentation functions to ensure compliance with applicable policies, procedures, and external regulations and standards
  4. Complete or participate in the development and submission of various reporting requirements as assigned, including Continuous Quality Assurance reports, performance improvement reports, data reports, prevention, repair, and maintenance reports
  5. Expand the network of referral resources through regular networking and outreach activities
  6. Attend in-service training and educational workshops
  7. Cooperate and communicate fully with other staff members and supervisors regarding patient and/or staff behavior, progress, activities, as appropriate
