Job Overview

Goodwill Industries of the Inland Northwest is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Facility Associate I. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing and stocking donated goods, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service to clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Merchandise Handling: Transport items to and from the sales floor, place items on shelves, in floor fixtures or on racks, and face shelves, racks, and/or floor fixtures according to display standards.
  • Donation Processing: Prepare items for sale by hanging clothing, cleaning items as needed, and/or bagging items that need to be kept together.
  • Tagging and Pricing: Tag, mark, and/or code items selected for sale according to designated prices and type of merchandise.
  • Inventory Management: Tally amounts and/or prices of processed items and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards.
  • Physical ability to lift, bend, and stand for long periods.
