Key Responsibilities
Under the guidance of the Chief of the Vocational Rehabilitation Program and Policy Division, the Program Policy Manager will oversee a dynamic team dedicated to the formulation and execution of program regulations, policies, and legislative measures aimed at fostering employment, independence, and equality for Californians with disabilities through various departmental initiatives.
The Program Policy Manager will:
- Identify and assess policy needs, driving innovation and development to enhance the state vocational rehabilitation program.

- Establish and refine processes to elevate the department's performance in meeting federal and state benchmarks.
