Job Title: Admissions Coordinator

Reports to: Operations and Admissions Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional and friendly service to all prospective students.
  • Promote flyADVANCED's dedication to outstanding service and quality through effective execution of assigned responsibilities.
  • Engage exclusively with warm leads for outreach, eliminating the necessity for cold calling.
  • Implement approved recruitment strategies; manage inquiries to ensure timely and effective communication with potential students.
  • Achieve monthly enrollment targets for upcoming class sessions.
  • Follow up on inquiries received via website, social media, phone, and email.
  • Inform prospective students about flight school programs, anticipated outcomes, and financing options.
  • Coordinate initial onsite Meet and Greets and Introductory Flights for interested candidates.
  • Oversee student applications, confirming program enrollment and funding status with admissions.
  • Provide students with a checklist of security and required documentation necessary for enrollment.
  • Follow up with inquiries that did not complete the enrollment process.
  • Reconnect with withdrawn students to discuss re-entry options.
  • Act as a champion for student success, ensuring timely progression through training programs while delivering top-notch customer service.
  • Assist in recruitment initiatives such as open houses, presentations, training sessions, and career fairs.
  • Establish and maintain partnerships and affiliate relationships.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Competencies:

  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and other relevant software.
  • Must exhibit tact, courtesy, and a strong awareness of client needs.
  • Basic mathematical skills are required.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Aviation experience is highly desirable but not mandatory.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, along with superior verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Prior customer service or sales experience in a professional setting is essential.
  • Experience in social media and marketing is preferred.
  • Availability to work shifts that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • An Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
