Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to our residents, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
- Conduct daily resident rounds to assess their physical and emotional needs, and implement interventions as necessary.
- Respond to resident and family concerns, documenting and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate resident admissions, discharges, and transfers, ensuring a smooth transition process.
Requirements:
- Current licensure as an LVN or LPN in the state of employment.
- At least two years of experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care.
- CPR certification a plus.
- Excellent bedside manner and communication skills.
