Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled General Office/Bookkeeping/multi-task professional to join our team at Power Townsend Company in Helena, MT. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our business.

Job Responsibilities

As an Office Administrator at Power Townsend Company, your duties will include:

  • Accounts receivable and payable
  • Customer service and sales support
  • Daily bank deposits and cash handling
  • Data entry and filing
  • Inventory control and management

You will also have the opportunity to develop skills in general ledger, bank reconciliation, and payroll. Other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • 10-key typing skills
  • Computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Windows
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment

Retail experience is a plus, but not necessary. Good communication skills, both oral and written, are essential for success in this role.
