Position Overview:

Be a key player in the transformative initiatives at Marvin. We are embarking on a significant business and technological overhaul that will redefine our operational framework.

We are in search of a Project Manager to spearhead and guide a multidisciplinary team tasked with the Global Design and Execution of the Enterprise Platform Transformation (EPT) project. This role involves overseeing process design, implementation strategies, and collaboration with external Solution Implementation (SI) partners. The Project Manager will operate within the Project Management Office (PMO), engaging with various stakeholders to ensure alignment on the overarching EPT objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and enforce project management methodologies and processes within the PMO to guarantee timely delivery, budget adherence, high-quality standards, and fulfillment of client expectations.
  • Oversee all technical and non-technical facets throughout the project lifecycle, including planning, scope definition, design, execution, and final delivery.
  • Monitor progress against milestones, budgetary constraints, and other performance metrics, providing comprehensive reports to senior management.
  • Assemble project teams and manage daily operations and prioritization.
  • Act as a liaison between team members and management regarding project updates.
  • Assist in the selection, negotiation, and management of external consultants or vendors.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Proven ability to define and manage project scope, budget, and master schedule.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively convey project status and deliverables to key stakeholders during Leadership/Executive Reviews.
  • Exceptional presentation skills, with a talent for storytelling related to project and product outcomes.
  • Capability to mentor and guide team members to ensure project success.
  • Ability to foster relationships across functions while maintaining effective communication.
  • Skilled in building and sustaining both internal and external professional relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) in Project Management, Business, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
