Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee internal communications initiatives for enterprise and HR projects, including organization-wide announcements and site-specific updates.
- Produce captivating content through a variety of traditional and digital mediums such as presentations, articles, videos, podcasts, and newsletters.
- Work collaboratively with teams to craft compelling messages for internal stakeholders, ensuring consistency with the organization’s values and culture.
- Provide strategic advice and support to various operational teams, enhancing effective communication and cultural initiatives.
- Proven experience in formulating communication strategies for varied audiences and contexts.
- Exceptional writing abilities with the skill to articulate complex business concepts clearly and creatively.
- Background in content creation across print, digital, and video formats.
- Expertise in collaborating with stakeholders at all levels, including senior management.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and project management capabilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Committed to fostering a positive workplace culture and embodying the company’s values.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing comprehensive communication strategies.
- Bachelor's degree or higher educational qualification.
- Experience utilizing various communication channels and platforms, including digital tools.
