Clinical Nurse Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Supervisor RN to join our team at UHS. As a Clinical Supervisor RN, you will be responsible for overseeing and guiding nursing employees, interacting with hospital staff and ancillary departments, and maintaining performance skills.
Responsibilities- Assess, plan, direct, and evaluate nursing care provided to patients.
- Oversee and guide nursing employees under your supervision.
- Interact with hospital staff and ancillary departments regarding patient care, concerns, and conflicts.
- Maintain performance skills and ensure high-quality patient care.
- Work weekends, holidays, evenings, nights, overtime, and/or on an on-call/call-back status as needed.
To be successful as a Clinical Supervisor RN, you will need:
- A strong background in nursing leadership and management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A commitment to maintaining high standards of patient care and safety.
