  • Comply with established standards of practice, policies, and clinical guidelines
  • Participate in QA tool development and collect QA data as indicated
  • Identify trends in patient care outcomes for QA monitoring or staff education
  • Participate in clinical research following specific protocols
  • Ensure safe care by using assertive interactions with the health care team
Requirements
  • Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
  • Current RN license in the State of Texas or Compact State
  • Certification in specialty preferred
