**Job Summary**
The Food Service Manager - Night Shift is responsible for overseeing all aspects of our restaurant's operations during evening hours, including managing staff, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and ensuring excellent guest service. As a key member of our management team, you'll be expected to lead by example, demonstrate a passion for food service, and foster a positive and inclusive work culture.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage and supervise restaurant staff during evening hours, including servers, hosts/hostesses, and kitchen personnel.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to health and safety regulations and company standards.
- Ensure excellent guest service by responding promptly to customer complaints and feedback.
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve guest satisfaction.

**Requirements**
- 2+ years of experience in food service management, preferably in a high-volume restaurant environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in hospitality or a related field preferred.
