About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and innovative Brand Marketing Director to lead our team and drive the growth of our business and community through effective brand marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a large team encompassing Creative Services, Social Media, Brand Marketing, Speaking, and PR to develop and execute innovative cross-channel strategies that broaden our customer base and convey the depth of our brand and non-profit commitment.
  • Develop and manage the brand marketing budget to meet short and long-term strategic objectives, and identify, secure, and nurture brand partnerships that elevate our brand and expand our audience.
  • Conduct consumer research to identify awareness levels and insights to hone our marketing efforts, and lead and grow our paid speaking revenue, amplifying the optimistic voices at Life is Good.
  • Partner with the leaders of our non-profit to increase awareness and relevancy of the organization.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated measured success leading and growing a respected brand(s)
  • Successfully led the execution of full-funnel marketing campaigns
  • Measured success leveraging social media to spark conversations and grow communities
  • Effectively used consumer research to identify insights that positively impact business metrics
  • 10+ years of relevant experience
