HCM Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HCM Sales Executive to join our team at Asure Software. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building business relationships with new and existing clients, identifying new revenue opportunities, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to identify new revenue opportunities
- Prospect and qualify new leads to drive sales growth
- Develop and deliver high-impact presentations to showcase Asure's Human Capital Management solutions
- Manage a robust sales funnel to ensure timely follow-up and conversion of leads
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in consultative software sales, preferably in the Payroll and HR space
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
