We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Operations Manager to join our team at Dex Imaging. As a key member of our customer-facing operations, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Customer Service Representatives, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

About You
  • A bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a call center environment
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of Customer Service Representatives
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Analyze performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve team productivity and efficiency
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve customer service operations
