Job Overview

The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong background in customer service and valet operations, with experience in managing teams and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Guest Services Manager in overseeing daily valet operations, including coordinating activities and ensuring efficient service delivery.
  • Proactively approach and greet customers, providing friendly and professional assistance to ensure a positive experience.
  • Recommend measures to improve performance, guest satisfaction, and efficiency, while maintaining high standards of quality, reliability, and safety.
  • Perform training as required, ensuring staff are equipped to deliver Evolution and Forbes Standards.
  • Collaborate with the Guest Services Manager to conduct 'Daily Huddles' and monitor team performance.
  • Authorize break schedules and manage shift options, ensuring adequate staffing meets operational requirements.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to dress code and hygiene guidelines.
  • Prepare schedules and compile payroll data, as requested by the Guest Services Manager.
  • Conduct lot inspections and suggest functional improvements, driving quality assurance and management visibility.
  • Investigate claims promptly, providing support whether denied or approved.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a management position, preferably in valet parking.
  • Valid US driver's license and excellent technology proficiency.
  • Degree in Business Administration or related field, or relevant working experience.
  • Experience with HRIS platforms, such as ADP, and customer service skills.

Salary Estimate: $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, based on location and experience.
