This is an exciting opportunity to join Jobot, a leading company in the manufacturing industry, as an Engineering Manager. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to lead our engineering projects and drive innovation in our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the planning and execution of all engineering projects within the manufacturing facility.
2. Develop and manage project schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks.
3. Lead a team of engineers, fostering a collaborative environment, and promoting continual learning and development.
4. Implement strategies to improve manufacturing processes and procedures, enhancing efficiency and product quality.
5. Coordinate with other departments to ensure alignment with overall company goals and objectives.
6. Manage resources effectively, including personnel, materials, and budgets.
7. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety procedures.
8. Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and identify training needs within your team.
9. Troubleshoot issues, implement solutions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field is required. A Master's degree or Professional Engineer (PE) certification is a plus.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in an engineering management role within the manufacturing industry.
3. Demonstrated leadership skills, with a proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
4. Strong project management skills, with a track record of managing complex projects from conception to completion.
5. Exceptional planning and scheduling skills, with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
6. In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, industry standards, and safety regulations.
7. Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
8. Strong communication skills, with an ability to liaise effectively with team members, stakeholders, and senior management.
9. Proficiency in using project management software and other relevant engineering tools.
