Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and coordinate production activities to ensure optimal throughput, inventory, and operating expenses.
  • Establish standards, controls, and budgets to maintain optimum production and resource utilization.
  • Review and analyze plant performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Interface with corporate office and sister plants to ensure smooth coordination of scheduling, shipping, and production.
  • Oversee daily activities of the facility, including shipping and receiving, maintenance, production control, quality, production, and human resources.
