  • Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to promote special offers, events, and updates to the hotel's guest database, driving engagement and conversions.
  • Marketing Collateral Creation: Create marketing collateral for association programs and membership, including promotional flyers, programs, and other materials that align with brand standards.
  • Website Content Management: Update and maintain the hotel's website content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and consistency.
  • Social Media Management: Manage the hotel's social media accounts, including content scheduling, posting, and interaction with followers to boost engagement and brand awareness.
  • Content Creation: Create engaging content for various platforms, including the hotel's website, social media channels, email newsletters, and print materials, showcasing the brand's personality and values.
  • Vendor Relations and Budget Management: Manage vendor relations and budget for social media efforts and management tools, ensuring effective use of resources and maximum ROI.
  • Event Support: Support the planning and execution of on-site and off-site events, including promotions, press events, and special activities, ensuring seamless execution and maximum impact.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization and improvement.
  • Marketing Budget Management: Assist in managing marketing budgets, tracking expenses, and processing invoices, ensuring effective use of resources and maximum ROI.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or journalism preferred.
  • Skills: Highly driven and results-oriented with strong interpersonal skills and excellent customer service, excellent writing skills, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work efficiently under tight deadlines.
Physical Requirements
  • Work Environment: Ability to work at a desk for extended periods.
  • Lifting and Carrying: Occasional lifting and carrying of marketing materials and event supplies, up to 25 pounds.
  • Travel: Ability to travel to on-site and off-site events as required.
