Job Summary

We're seeking a qualified Early Childhood Educator to join our team at our Anchorage, Alaska location. As a key member of our staff, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality education and care to our young learners.

Responsibilities
  • Implement our research-backed curriculum in a way that meets the unique needs of each child
  • Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment that fosters social, emotional, and cognitive growth
  • Partner with parents to provide regular updates and involve them in their child's learning journey
  • Support the success of our center by contributing to enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals
  • Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, and community contacts
Qualifications
  • Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational abilities
  • CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain
  • Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain
  • Active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or willingness to obtain
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
