Role Overview:
- Assistance with Wi-Fi connectivity issues
- Support for Zebra RFID technology
- Voice support utilizing VoCollect systems
- Printer troubleshooting (HP, SATO models)
- Windows 11 desktop assistance
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities required
- Relevant certifications are advantageous but not mandatory
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
Experience in desktop support, Wi-Fi troubleshooting, familiarity with Zebra RFID systems, VoCollect support, printer management (HP, SATO), proficiency in Windows 11, and strong analytical skills.
