Position Summary:
The Television Music Coordinator will play a vital role in providing both administrative and creative assistance to the head of Television Music Creative Services and the broader team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative tasks, including answering calls, managing schedules, coordinating travel, and preparing expense reports.
- Oversee the maintenance of airtable studio grids throughout the production process.
- Ensure real-time updates of production folders on shared drives, including scripts, schedules, music breakdowns, and crew lists.
- Conduct ongoing research and manage a database of composers, artists, management, and licensors.
- Assist in the creation of departmental reports and databases.
- Build and maintain relationships with other departments to facilitate business operations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an executive support role.
- Familiarity with airtable is preferred.
- Proficient in Excel (including formula creation), Google Docs, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Attributes:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is preferred.
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Strong attention to detail and proactive initiative.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated individual who thrives in a collaborative setting.
- Understanding of music synchronization terminology is a plus.
Additional Requirements:
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including potential overtime and weekends.
- This position is designated as hybrid, requiring in-office contributions.
