To thrive in this role, you must be adept at overcoming objections and demonstrate resilience in the face of challenges. We offer a competitive compensation structure to our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in both in-person and virtual training sessions, meetings, trade shows, and sales events.
- Stay informed about developments in new business opportunities, sales activities, and customer requirements through our CRM system.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by keeping abreast of our services, products, competitors, and market trends in the home services sector.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients in your sales territory.
- Engage with potential clients to introduce our services and innovative products.
- Educate customers on the advantages of solar energy to secure appointments.
- Generate leads independently and conduct door-to-door outreach as necessary.
Become proficient in solar energy solutions through our comprehensive leadership and training programs, enabling you to effectively serve the market.
Qualifications:
- Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong negotiation, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills are essential for success in this role.
- Familiarity with CRM systems is preferred.
- A minimum of one year of sales experience is advantageous.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills.
- Must pass a background check.
- A high school diploma is required.
Compensation:
Annual earnings range from $60,000 to $150,000, based on performance and closed deals.
