Job Summary

The Account Growth Specialist will be responsible for growing and maintaining a sales organization of dealers/contractors in a designated territory. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and make decisions quickly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make direct sales calls to ensure growing sales and profitability of the territory, including quoting, ordering, and following up on orders.
  • Meet with prospective dealers throughout the year to turn them into customers.
  • Meet or exceed annual sales goals as assigned by the sales manager.
  • Handle delivery problems, find equipment, coordinate service and warranty issues with customers.
  • Resolve customer complaints, credit department issues, and billing disputes in a timely manner to prevent TM placement on the CSR report.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC/R or Refrigeration, with at least 5 years of inside or outside sales experience.
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional approach to sales.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record.
  • Qualification for and maintenance of liability insurance coverage.
  • Ability to qualify under federal and state regulations to drive company vehicles.
Estimated Salary Range:

$65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
