Account Growth Specialist

The Account Growth Specialist will be responsible for growing and maintaining a sales organization of dealers/contractors in a designated territory. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and make decisions quickly.
Key Responsibilities- Make direct sales calls to ensure growing sales and profitability of the territory, including quoting, ordering, and following up on orders.
- Meet with prospective dealers throughout the year to turn them into customers.
- Meet or exceed annual sales goals as assigned by the sales manager.
- Handle delivery problems, find equipment, coordinate service and warranty issues with customers.
- Resolve customer complaints, credit department issues, and billing disputes in a timely manner to prevent TM placement on the CSR report.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC/R or Refrigeration, with at least 5 years of inside or outside sales experience.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional approach to sales.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record.
- Qualification for and maintenance of liability insurance coverage.
- Ability to qualify under federal and state regulations to drive company vehicles.
$65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
