Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues with GMP manufacturing equipment and control systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with various departments, including engineering, quality, and operations, to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and support to colleagues on equipment operation and maintenance procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Experience: 23 years' experience in GMP manufacturing, with a strong background in equipment maintenance and control systems.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of PLCs, BMS, and EMS systems, as well as mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Regulated Environment Experience: Experience working in regulated environments and quality systems.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and CMMS, with experience in testing, cleaning, and repairing utility systems.
