We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Superintendent to join our construction team at National Community Renaissance. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality construction projects on time and within budget.

About the Position

The Senior Construction Superintendent will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating subcontractors and overseeing daily construction activities.
  • Working closely with the Construction Manager and VP of Construction to develop project scopes and timelines.
  • Providing regular written reports and scheduling updates.
Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must have:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience managing residential projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Project).
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Salary and Benefits
