Classroom Assistant

We are seeking enthusiastic and caring individuals to join our team as Classroom Assistants. In this role, you will play a vital part in providing a nurturing and stimulating learning experience for children aged 0-5 years old.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Actively participate in curriculum activities, encouraging children's engagement and learning.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked classroom environment, ensuring materials are readily available for use.
  • Communicate effectively with parents through informal discussions and progress reports, keeping them informed about their child's development.
  • Model positive behaviors and encourage self-help skills and good hygiene practices among children.
  • Contribute to a smooth transition between home and childcare, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for children.
  • Adhere to all center policies and state regulations, ensuring a safe and compliant learning environment.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a childcare setting is preferred but not required.
  • A genuine passion for working with young children and fostering their growth.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current on best practices in early childhood education.
