Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA to join our team at Complete Care at Shrewsbury, LLC. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care services to residents, including bathing, dressing, serving meals, feeding, ambulating, turning, positioning, and maintaining clean living conditions.
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) and ensure their safety and well-being.
  • Document resident care and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Active, unencumbered CNA certification.
  • Previous long-term care experience preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
