About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at CareTenders, a part of LHC Group. As a LPN in Home Health, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and performing technical skilled care in the patient's home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Quality Patient Care: Deliver exceptional patient care, adhering to the plan of care and in coordination with other members of the healthcare team.
- Family Education and Support: Instruct patients' families in the care of the patient and maintenance of a healthy environment for the patient.
- Observation and Reporting: Observe, record, and report to the supervising nurse and/or physician the patient's response to treatment and changes in the patient's condition daily.
Requirements:
- Current LPN Licensure: Must be currently licensed as an LPN in the state of Massachusetts.
- Driver's License and Vehicle: Must have a current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
- CPR Certification: Must be certified in CPR.
