Position Summary:
We are currently seeking dedicated Member Services Specialists to join our dynamic Customer Service Team. This full-time role involves a hybrid work model, requiring three days in the office and a shift schedule that varies from 8 AM to 9 PM, Monday through Thursday, and 8 AM to 7 PM on Fridays. Additionally, there may be occasional remote on-call weekend responsibilities. Compensation includes a base salary along with performance-based bonuses.
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service to Access members, organizations, and merchants via phone.
- Assist members through inbound calls, chat, and email communications.
- Educate members on utilizing our website and available merchant discounts.
- Support members in booking hotel and car rental reservations, as well as addressing inquiries related to existing bookings.
- Engage proactively with members, providing updates and follow-ups on their inquiries.
- Maintain thorough documentation of accounts and reservations.
- Exhibit strong problem-solving skills when addressing website issues with members.
- Provide mentorship to new team members.
- Demonstrate reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Contribute to special projects as required.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- A minimum of 6 months of customer service experience is preferred.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with web-based CRM applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with clients over the phone.
- Understanding of loyalty programs is a plus.
