Overview
Stryten Energy, a leading energy storage solutions provider, is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Quality Assurance Director to lead our quality management efforts. With a strong track record in quality assurance and leadership, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day quality support to manufacturing and quality assurance teams.

Responsibilities
• Develop and implement quality plans and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Coordinate and participate in MSA testing and validation of measurement gauges used to determine product quality
• Validate that all quality control inspections and sampling techniques are followed to assure products meet company and customer quality standards
• Ensure adherence to the plant Control Plan, Process and Product specifications
• Conduct research on product defects, test performance, plant reject and scrap, and recommend process or product changes to overcome quality issues
• Assist with conducting and preparation of quality audits and reports

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Management, Engineering, or Quality, or 10 years related experience in manufacturing quality
• Experience in managing people and leading quality teams
• Six Sigma training (Green Belt or Black Belt) preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills, knowledge of ISO 9001 quality standards, APQP methodology, Control Plans, FMEAs, and PPAPs
• Knowledgeable in Statistics and Lean Tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment on multiple projects
