About the Role:
As a Quality Assurance Operations Manager, you will be responsible for monitoring and directing sterile processing staff, managing day-to-day activities, and ensuring efficient operation and maintenance of high-quality standards in the Sterile Processing Department. You will also carry out sterile processing functions, collaborate with the manager in hiring, evaluating, training, and counseling of staff, supervise day-to-day operations, and maintain productivity and adhere to policies, guidelines, and procedures.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will require three to five years of progressive Sterile Processing Department experience, Sterile Processing Certification within one year of hire, and Specialty certification through IAHCSAMM (International Association of Healthcare Central Services Material Management) preferred.
