Hornig Companies seeks an Financial Transaction Coordinator to work in our home office in the Lake Loop area of Minneapolis. This position is an entry-level opportunity with great potential for learning new skills and career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accounts Payable: Receiving invoices via mail and email, scanning, entering, and paying bills via accounting software
- Accounts Receivable –Ratio Utility Billing (RUBS)
- Advancing in this role looks like: General Ledger Adjustments, Journal Entries, Resident ledger support and maintenance, and other accounting functions as your career growth goals and competency progress.

Requirements:
- 1+ years experience in accounts payable and/or accounts receivable

- Strong overall computer skills, Microsoft Excel, Accounting system experience, Yardi or AppFolio experience a plus.
Compensation:
The estimated annual salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000, depending on experience.
