Job Description: Grant-Shannon invites applications for a Transactional Paralegal position. The selected candidate will support the team in facilitating complex real estate transactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Tasks:
• Assist with the preparation and review of organizational documents, including property deeds and mortgage agreements.
• Conduct research to identify potential issues and provide recommendations to the team.
• Coordinate with attorneys and clients to ensure smooth transaction processing, including closing documents and title reports.
• Manage electronic files and communicate with clients regarding their file status, including due diligence and closing schedules.
• Process client invoices and attorney reimbursements efficiently, ensuring accurate financial records.
• Collaborate with the team to resolve any issues that may arise during transactions, including dispute resolution and conflict management.

Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.
