Job Summary

As the Vice President of Quality Assurance and Reliability, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer quality management, ensuring full product traceability, fostering a culture of device reliability, and ensuring all environmental standards are surpassed. This cross-functional role will also require exceptional communication for both internal and external parties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the quality organization to success across four domains:
    • Customer quality (returns root cause analysis and corrective action)
    • Supplier quality (audits, yield)
    • New product development (reliability qualifications, design for reliability)
    • Regulatory compliance (ISO, RoHS, conflict materials, safety, exports, electromagnetic interference)
  • Own all aspects of Quality Assurance including manufacturing, chip, PCBA, reliability, QA test, FA and debug with ability to generate robust documentation and customer management
  • Experience with Quality Management Systems, certifications, and ISO compliance
  • Proven ability to recruit, manage, and build a team of customer-facing quality engineers
  • Track record of innovative solutions to solve problems due to resource or time constraints
  • Success track record of working with fast-paced interdisciplinary engineering groups including pre-silicon, post-silicon validation, and application engineering teams
  • Ability to ensure compliance with all environmental requirements and standards
Requirements
  • 10+ years' experience as a director or above in Quality Assurance, with a degree in electrical engineering, or equivalent
  • Exceptional track record in handling high-level customer quality escalations with Tier-1 OEMs, hyperscalers, and CSPs for PCIe/CXL/Memory technologies
  • Expert in qualifying PCIe/CXL/Or similar high-speed systems for data centers
  • Deep understanding of Hyperscale Data Center deployments and customer interests
