Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and front desk support for the designated department, including but not limited to patient admissions, registrations, scheduling, and insurance verification.
  • Manage customer account transactions, provide assistance to clients, and oversee cashiering functions.
  • Comply with established policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure adherence and maintain patient safety.
Qualifications

Job Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent GED
  • Minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience
  • Familiarity with Medical Terminology
Preferred Job Requirements
  • Associate's Degree in a related field
  • Prior experience in a medical office setting
  • Certification in Heart Saver training
