Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Technician to join our team. As a Field Technician, you will be responsible for delivering TV and Smart Home solutions to our customers, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a seamless installation experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and configure DISH TV and Smart Home systems in customers' homes
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any issues or concerns
  • Work independently, with minimal supervision, to complete installations and meet productivity targets
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve technical issues and improve installation processes
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with new technologies and products
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and work at heights of up to 40 feet
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
