Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Technician to join our team. As a Field Technician, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by installing and maintaining DISH TV and smart home solutions in customers' homes. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and maintain DISH TV and smart home solutions in customers' homes
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity targets
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

  • Guaranteed promotion after 6 months with a $1.00 per hour pay increase

Requirements
  • Aptitude to build rapport quickly and provide excellent customer service
  • Ability to stand on a high ladder (up to 40 feet) for long periods of time, lift over 70 lbs at a time, and remain within the individual weight limit requirements of 335 lbs
  • Ability to crawl into small spaces and work in varying climates/weather conditions
  • A valid driver's license in the state you are seeking employment with a driving record that meets DISH's safety standards
  • Travel may be required
