Role Summary: Northland is seeking a dedicated Leasing Consultant to enhance our customer service experience. This position is essential in representing Northland by providing an outstanding experience for both current residents and prospective tenants. Key responsibilities encompass apartment leasing, conducting tours for potential residents, ensuring resident satisfaction, and engaging in community-oriented marketing efforts. Daily tasks will involve managing incoming and outgoing communications, balancing walk-in inquiries with scheduled appointments, and assisting the onsite team with various responsibilities as required.

Our leasing professionals uphold the highest standards of professionalism and customer service when interacting with residents, vendors, and guests. To fulfill our commitment to delivering exceptional service, team members may be required to assist during weekends as necessary.

Qualifications & Skills: Applicants should demonstrate the following knowledge, skills, and abilities, and be capable of performing the essential functions of the role, with or without reasonable accommodation:

  • Prior experience in sales or customer service is essential.
