Key Responsibilities

  • Analytics: Interpret and analyze data to drive business decisions, utilizing segmentation and Microsoft data analytics tools.
  • Building Relationships: Foster cooperation and teamwork, establish trust and credibility with leaders and team members.
  • Communication: Address complex challenges and issues, deliver internal training, and gather and create content.
  • Issue Resolution: Take on complex issues and drive resolution.
  • Training/Development: Work with leaders to identify needs and develop solutions for the functional area.
  • Reporting: Gather and analyze data to translate insights into action.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities and design solutions.
  • Technology Requirements: Gather customer data, input, and subject matter expertise for integration and system issues.
  • Project Management: Provide customer feedback and manage project timelines.
  • Liaison with International Partners: Address complex issues with international partners.
  • Merchandising & Vendor Engagement: Focus on strategic vendors with complex issues, ensure master-level issues are addressed, and serve as a trusted partner.
  • Business Alignment: Focus on business unit alignment, including MVP areas, and store merchandising functional areas.
  • Data Governance: Create usage standards, guidelines, and statements of direction to track data quality, availability, and applicability.
  • Technology Solutions: Test, implement, and support technology solutions to ensure efficiency and business continuity.
  • Customer Feedback: Use relevant data, analytics, and customer feedback to develop and drive solutions offered to Lowe's internal customers.
  • User Onboarding: Onboard and train new-users on best practices and system updates.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of relevant business experience.
  • Experience in structuring and writing formal documents, developing and delivering group presentations, project planning, and cross-functional collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Microsoft products (Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.) and relational business software.
