We are currently expanding our inside sales team and seeking driven relationship-oriented professionals to join our growing company. This role offers the opportunity to connect with discerning clientele and guide them through the process of creating their bespoke post & beam residences.

About the Role:
  • You will be responsible for responding to inquiries from prospective clients who are interested in learning more about our unique building system.
  • This is a highly responsive sales role with a significant volume of incoming leads, ensuring a consistent pipeline of opportunities.
  • Your expertise and passion for high-end residential construction will be instrumental in guiding clients through the design and customization process, ultimately helping them realize their vision.
Compensation & Benefits:

We offer a competitive compensation package that includes a base salary plus commission, with the potential to earn a six-figure income. Our comprehensive benefits program includes:

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in professional sales, ideally within the upscale consumer products sector (e.g., real estate, new home construction, remodeling, kitchen cabinet sales).
  • A fundamental understanding of residential building principles is essential; we provide comprehensive training to those with some existing knowledge.
  • Strong computer and internet literacy skills are required, as well as the ability to craft clear and professional written correspondence.
  • Previous experience working with clients from diverse backgrounds and locations is highly advantageous.
