About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Hair Stylist to join our team at Great Clips. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional haircuts and customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality haircuts and styling services to clients
  • Develop and maintain a loyal client base through excellent customer service
  • Work collaboratively with other stylists and salon staff to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest hair cutting techniques and trends
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to improve skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Cosmetology and/or Barber License (licensing requirements vary by state/province)
  • Passion for building genuine connections with customers and providing exceptional haircuts
  • Ability to work with teammates to develop a supportive and positive salon environment
  • Desire to deliver a consistent Great Clips brand experience
