Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Service: Demonstrate a passion for delivering outstanding customer service, actively engaging with guests, and building genuine relationships to drive brand loyalty.
  • Product Quality: Ensure that all products meet our high standards, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and adhering to our quality control processes.
  • Sanitation and Safety: Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to our strict sanitation and safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure a healthy work environment.
  • Product Preparation and Service: Prepare and serve products to our guests, ensuring accuracy and quality, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, maintain a positive and respectful work environment, and support the overall success of our team.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with guests, colleagues, and management, providing clear and concise information, and actively listening to feedback and concerns.

Requirements:

  • Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift 25 pounds consistently and 50 pounds occasionally, stand for extended periods, and bend, kneel, and move freely in a fast-paced environment.
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent, and previous experience in customer service, food preparation, or a related field.
  • Skills: Friendly and outgoing personality, ability to work well under pressure, and effective communication and problem-solving skills.
