• Maintain a safe work environment at all times.
• Perform annual crane, bucket, and digger inspections and certifications.
• Carry out other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience in the repair of truck mounted crane products, buckets, and diggers.
• Familiarity with hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems on cranes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and CDL preferred.
• National/Manitowoc/Terex/Altec/Grove experience and training a plus.
• Basic computer knowledge preferred.
• Must have own hand tools and be able to work overtime and some Saturdays.
• Attention to detail and strong work ethic required.
• Experience reading and interpreting parts lists, manufacturer's repair manuals, diagrams, and electrical schematics.
• Maintain accurate records and be able to read and understand crane load charts.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:
• Ability to use carts, forklifts, hand trucks, pallets, jacks, and other equipment as needed.
• Frequent lifting of heavy objects.
• Ability to walk and stand on concrete and uneven surfaces for at least 8 hours per day.
• Exposure to bright lights, extreme temperatures, loud noise, dust, gas, and/or fumes.
• Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions.
